The new Capitol Wakeboard, by Cory Teunissen was spawned in the lab with Scott Bouchard to meet Cory’s explosive ride style. The Capitol is shaped from a Blended 3-Stage Rocker, delivering a massive pop off the wake while sharp exit channels provide a speedy and clean release. Incorporating a Dual Concave Base through the belly, The Capitol maintains speed while carving and on approach to the wake. Scott Bouchard has been shaping wakeboards for close to twenty years, working with the biggest legends in the sport. Based in Satellite Beach, Florida Scott’s influence on wakeboard and wakesurf shapes can be seen throughout Hyperlite line up.

BIOLITE 3 CORE

The secret recipe we have been perfecting since day one. This core material is the gold standard in the industry and used throughout our line. Bio 3 is our lightest and most durable formula to date.

DUAL CONCAVE BASE

Channeling water into two streams through the fins and out the tail allowing for a fast and loose feel.

MONOCOQUE CONSTRUCTION

Integrating the top and bottom fiberglass layers into one. Generating a more durable board on side impacts to prevent delamination.

LAYERED GLASS

Our fiberglass is available in 3 weights depending on the board. Over time, traditional woven glass fibers will separate. With layered glass every Hyperlite deck will have the same pop off the double up year after year.

M6 INSERTS

Delivers a more secure fit of the bolts to the inserts, improving bolt retention keeping binding hardware locked down.

BLENDED 3-STAGE ROCKER

Our Blended 3-Stage rocker creates explosive vertical pop. Designed to boot a rider off the wake, the Blended rocker line also generates good speed into the wake without the traditional 3-Stage drag.

MINIMUM SWING WEIGHT PROFILE

Thinning of the tip/tail profile for an effortless feel while spinning flat and during inverts.

SIZED UP PHILOSOPHY

Advances in board construction have reduced board’s overall weight, keeping swing weight at a minimum. Combined with the wake sizes of today, this evolution means it’s time to ride a larger board delivering more pop and airtime plus more stable and secure landings.

Well defined sharp exit channels produce speed on approach to the wake and increase tracking for a true progressive edge hold.
