Note: Orders containing multiple items will have a different processing period for each item.

Prior to shipment before shipping, we'll inspect thoroughly the items you have ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and seven days.

Returns

We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. It's possible that your order could become unfulfilled once you've placed your order.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in the same state as when you received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
